Friday, February 19, 2010 to Friday, February 26, 2010, Inclusive

All re-tests for upper body strength will be finished. We will continue our testing for leg strength(1-6). Our Super Good Sports always win when they do their best and go for good goals. Our Olympic Team is always working and striving to do their best and we should be proud of their great efforts no matter what the outcome is. I'm proud of you when you do your best! It's all about teamwork in P.E. Class! We will practice the necessary skills for our activities this cycle. Our K-2 students will enjoy a game of Bowling Basketball and our 3rd-6th grade students will play regular Basketball(Referees and all). Join our exercise team and participate with me in Walking Clubs and Fitness Friday and keep going for those healthy goals! I wish you happy, healthy hearts! See you in gym class!

Friday, February 5, 2010 to Friday, February 12, 2010, Inclusive

We're aiming for great hearts in P.E. Class and we love to exercise! Let's all be heart smart, not only by promoting physical activity/physical fitness at school, but at home as well. Way to go! We're all a great team working together toward healthy goals! We will finish up any tests/re-tests for upper body strength and some classes (1-6), will begin the "Air Chair" for leg strength/endurance. We will practice a variety of physical skills and participate in many fun Valentine-themed activities during this cycle. Please join me for Walking Clubs and for our Fitness Friday activity.
