Our next fitness test will be the standing broad/long jump( an indicator of leg strength ), for all grade levels. We will sharpen our throwing skills by practicing with a football and some other physical skills as well and then all "Good Sports" will move on to some great "Flag Tag" action! Please wear your sneakers. I'll look for you to participate in Walking Clubs and Fitness Friday! See you soon!
