We're aiming for a great heart in gym class! We love to exercise! Make sure you exercise at home, too! We will continue our testing for leg strength, do re-tests for upper body strength, practice physical skills and participate in fun activities for good health. Please join me for Walking Clubs and do your best on Fitness Friday. I'll be looking for you in our next gym class!
