WE will continue/finish up our testing for leg strength(1-6) and any re-tests for upper body strength(K). We'll be on the go with "TAE-BO" Jr. for a great work-out this week in gym class. We'll be exercising and jumping around for good health and good hearts-what great goals! I'll catch up with you in Walking Clubs and Fitness Friday for some extra fitness activity and fun!
