We will finish up all testing and re-testing for leg strength and some re-tests for upper body strength. We're going for the "Gold" in gym class and that means doing our very best when working on our personal levels of physical fitness. Your lifelong homework asssignment is to practice exercising for a while everyday ! Relays and tag games are in to be fit and trim and that's no blarney! It's FITNESS 4 - EVER in P.E.
